Client Solutions Support Lead at BairesDev

In this role, you'll get in on the ground floor of how the Client Solutions Support team functions and grows, building playbooks from scratch and working side-by-side with leadership to shape the team's future. Leading and developing a tight-knit team, you'll manage operational initiatives, define KPIs, and ensure seamless onboarding while optimizing operational support for leadership. What You'll Do:

- Lead and develop the Client Solutions Support team through people management and mentorship.




- Manage strategic operational initiatives and drive their execution.
- Define KPIs and manage performance to drive team results.
- Analyze feedback and lead process improvement efforts.
- Handle escalations and ensure quality assurance across team output.

What we are looking for:

- 1+ year of experience in sales support roles.
- 1+ year of experience in commercial operational teams.
- 1+ year of experience working with sales cycle steps or full sales cycles.
- Experience leading and coaching a team.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
