We are seeking a profile who enjoys connecting teams, bringing structure to processes, and ensuring operations run smoothly in a dynamic environment.

What will be your impact?

- Coordinate multiple workflows across cross-functional teams
- Ensure time tracking compliance and operational consistency
- Support vendor onboarding and documentation management
- Maintain accurate systems, reporting, and data organization
- Act as a key connector between teams (Media, Finance, HR, Legal, Creative)
- Identify opportunities to improve and optimize processes

What are we looking for?

- 2–3 years of experience in operations, project management, or coordination roles
- Experience in advertising, media, or marketing agencies (highly preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills,



including interaction with senior stakeholders
- Proactive mindset, strong ownership, and attention to detail

Key to success in this role:

A solid understanding of the media/advertising ecosystem and the ability to confidently navigate this environment.

You will work with international teams and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-impact environment.
