Lean Tech, Medellín, Colombia, seeks a weekend IT support specialist for Level 1–2 application support on Footprint and SoftGéon. You will troubleshoot UI issues, analyze problems, and resolve incidents during Friday to Monday night shifts (10 PM–6 AM CST).
You will work with Jira to manage tickets, escalate when needed, and document knowledge sharing. Experience in logistics or warehousing is a plus; strong customer service and independence during off-hours are valued.
