We Are Hiring: Application Support Analyst (PRISM Platform)

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding technical and functional support in a dynamic, global environment? We are seeking a skilled Application Support Analyst to join our team and provide critical support for the PRISM platform, ensuring seamless business operations across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Tax, Accounting, Onboarding, and Employee Services.

- Manage incidents and service requests via Salesforce, ensuring timely resolution
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and support system integrations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support HR and finance-related processes
- Analyze data and workflows to optimize business operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service to end-users and stakeholders

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1 year of experience supporting enterprise applications or business platforms
- Hands-on expertise with ticketing systems (Salesforce preferred)




- Familiarity with HRIS, payroll, benefits, tax operations, or accounting systems
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- English proficiency at C1 level (customer-facing)
- 2+ years supporting enterprise applications
- Experience in multinational or general organizations
- Knowledge of SLA management, service operations, and cross-functional collaboration
- Technical studies and experience with Salesforce, HRIS, payroll, or finance platforms
