10 10 Hats is seeking a talented Production Graphic Designer (Apparel & Merchandise) to support our growing custom headwear business. This role is responsible for creating high-quality customer mockups, preparing production-ready artwork and developing marketing collateral that represents our brand. The adecuado candidate combines creativity with technical production knowledge and enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Create professional digital mockups for hats and apparel using customer logos and branding.
- Design multiple concepts for customer presentations and approval.
- Prepare artwork for embroidery, PVC patches, leather patches, woven patches, screen printing and other decorated products.
- Create clean vector artwork from customer-supplied logos.
- Prepare production-ready files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF and PNG).
- Ensure artwork meets manufacturing specifications before production.
- Design catalogs, flyers, product sheets,



sales materials and promotional assets.
- Organize and maintain artwork libraries and production files.
- Collaborate daily with the Founder and Sales Team to deliver customer projects on time.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Advanced Adobe Illustrator (required).
- Strong Adobe Photoshop skills.
- Excellent typography, layout and composition skills.
- Experience working with vector graphics and production files.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Experience within apparel, headwear, promotional products, uniforms, embroidery, screen printing, textile manufacturing or branded merchandise is highly preferred.
