Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Appointment Setter to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact potential customers from a provided list, introduce our services, and schedule appointments for our sales team. The idóneo candidate is confident on the phone, goal-oriented, and enjoys interacting with people.

What You'll Do

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided contact list.
- Introduce the company's products or services professionally.
- Qualify potential customers by asking relevant questions.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team based on customer availability.
- Update customer information and appointment details in the CRM.
- Follow established call scripts while maintaining a natural conversation.
- Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions.

Requirements

- Previous experience in Appointment Setting,



Telemarketing, Customer Service, Sales, or Call Center environments.
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Persuasive and confident communication style.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM systems is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if working remotely).
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Employment Conditions

- Salary: COP $2,300,000 + Transportation Allowance + All legal benefits according to Colombian labor law.
- Employment Type: Indefinite-Term Contract.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Miami Time).
- Location: On-site (El Poblado)
