We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end shipments across air, ocean, and ground transportation. This role is key to ensuring timely, cost-effective operations while delivering excellent service to clients and maintaining compliance with international regulations.

(From November to March: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and execute import/export shipments (air, ocean, ground)
- Book cargo and manage shipments from origin to final delivery
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues
- Prepare and review shipping documentation (B/L, invoices, packing list, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and Incoterms
- Act as main point of contact for clients, carriers, and vendors
- Validate rates, support billing processes, and coordinate with pricing teams
- Maintain accurate records and follow operational SOPs

Requirements:

- Experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations
- Knowledge of import/export processes, Incoterms, and documentation
- Experience with TMS (CargoWise is a plus)
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
