Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in high-volume payroll processing; experience with multi-client and multi-state payroll is highly preferred but not required
- Proven ability to manage payroll for 50+ clients and more than 1,000 employees simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1 level)
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to clients
- Strong time management and multitasking skills in a deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of payroll regulations and payroll systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office 365 applications

Preferred

- Experience using PrismHR payroll platform
- Experience in a PEO or ASO environment




- FPC or CPP certification
- Exposure to U.S.-based clients across industries such as restaurants, healthcare, law firms, construction, and logistics

Responsibilities

- Manage and process payroll for an assigned portfolio of clients
- Handle multiple payroll schedules and employee populations across client accounts
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for payroll-related client inquiries
- Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide high-quality support
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Treasury, Garnishments, and Payroll Assistants
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time
