Realty of America (ROA), a fast-growing U.S. real estate brokerage with a Colombia-based team, is looking for a part-time English Teacher to support our staff's professional development.

About the Role

We're building a strong culture of cross-border collaboration between our U.S. and Colombia teams, and English fluency is a key part of that. We're seeking an experienced English instructor to lead small-group or one-on-one lessons focused on conversational and business English for our Colombia-based staff.

What You'll Do

- Design and deliver English lessons tailored to workplace communication (calls, emails, meetings)
- Assess staff proficiency levels and customize lesson plans accordingly
- Track progress and provide periodic updates to HR
- Create a supportive, engaging learning environment

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL), ideally in a corporate/professional setting
- Fluent/native-level English proficiency; Spanish fluency strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and versátil with scheduling
