This opportunity is for you.At Sutherland, we are hiring Family Care Agents to provide customer service and basic technical support for streaming subscribers through phone and chat channels.As a Family Care Agent, you will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and provide effective solutions while representing two of the world?s most recognized entertainment brands.

We offer you:

- Paid training (22 days)
- Monday to Friday
- After one month in operations, you will transition to a hybrid schedule: 2 days WAH and 3 days on-site
- 42 hours per week
- Two consecutive days off
- Availability to work in a 24/7 operation
- Compensation:Monthly salary: $3,100,000 COP
- Performance bonus: Up to $500,000 COP

Requirements:

- Advanced English level (C1)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Availability to support customers through phone and chat channels
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills
- Flexibility to work assigned schedules
