- Provide functional support for JDE EnterpriseOne modules (such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, or Sales).
- Respond to user queries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve or improve tickets as appropriate.
- Assist with system configuration, data entry, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Document solutions, create user guides, and contribute to knowledge base articles.
- Support testing activities for system enhancements, patches, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to identify and resolve functional issues while identifying potential system enhancements, when applicable
- Participate in user training sessions and provide ongoing support.
- Maintain accurate records of support activities and status updates.
- Participate in audit reviews and audit requirements gathering

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration,



or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience supporting ERP systems; exposure to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is a plus.
- Basic understanding of business processes such as finance, procurement, or inventory management.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne modules.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Basic SQL or data analysis skills.
- Prior experience in a help desk or application support environment.
