We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and connect new business opportunities with our sales team.

What will your role be?

- Identifying and prospecting potential clients using channels like LinkedIn, directories, and databases.
- Executing Outbound strategies via email, phone calls, and direct messaging.
- Qualifying leads based on business criteria and keeping the CRM system up to date.
- Scheduling meetings and key commercial opportunities for the sales team.
- Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize demand generation campaigns.
- Measuring your success by analyzing prospecting metrics and meeting conversion KPIs.

What do you need to apply?





- Minimum 6 months to 1 year in B2B prospecting, appointment setting (SDR/Setter), or consultative sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and building databases.
- Persuasive communication (both written and verbal), excellent organizational skills, and a strong focus on hitting targets.

- 42 hours per week. Adaptable shifts from Monday to Saturday (within the 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. time frame).
- Your days off depend on your results! You can enjoy 2 consecutive days off (Saturday & Sunday, or Sunday & Monday).
