COLLECTIONS AGENT – BILINGUAL (C1 / C2)

Required Profile

Mandatory requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in early-stage collections

Advanced English proficiency C1 / C2 (mandatory)

Confident and effective when making cold calls

Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage workload independently

Professional handling of difficult conversations and negotiations

Experience working with U.S.-based clients/customers

Nice to have

Previous experience in Customer Service

Experience using CRM or case management tools

On-site position – El Poblado, Medellín

This is a 100% on-site operation

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Colombia local time: 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with one-hour lunch break

The schedule is aligned with CST (Central Standard Time).

For Colombia, this schedule adjusts in March and changes again in November to remain aligned with U.S. time.

Includes work on Colombian holidays, with legally mandated holiday pay.
