The Compliance Analyst will play a critical role in strengthening Knight’s global compliance framework by executing operational controls, monitoring activities, and supporting internal and external audit processes. This role ensures consistency, accuracy, and readiness across all markets by managing compliance documentation, maintaining evidence of controls, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure adherence to corporate and local regulatory requirements. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position requiring strong analytical thinking, operational discipline, and the ability to navigate complex, multicultural environments1. Monitoring & Controls ExecutionPerform periodic compliance monitoring activities across all Knight countries, ensuring alignment with general policies and procedures.Track and verify completion of mandatory controls, identifying gaps, deviations, and potential risks.Maintain and update monitoring frameworks, checklists, and testing protocols.Escalate findings promptly and follow up on remediation plans.Monitor completion rates of mandatory compliance trainings, ensuring timely delivery, accurate reporting, and follow-up with local teams on overdue assignments2. Internal & External Audit SupportSupport the Compliance team with internal audit, external audits, and third-party assessors regarding compliance-related requests.Prepare, organize, and provide required documentation and evidence for audits.Coordinate audit timelines, deliverables,
and responses across global and local teams.Support remediation tracking and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.3. Compliance Documentation ManagementOversee global compliance documentation, including policies, SOPs, training records, risk assessments, and monitoring evidence.Maintain document repositories, ensuring version control, accessibility, and alignment with globalEnsure proper retention management aligned with regulatory requirements.4. Operational Process ImprovementIdentify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements to compliance operational workflows, monitoring methodologies, and documentation processes.Collaborate with the Global Compliance team to standardize processes across regions.5. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Legal, Finance, HR, Internal Controls, and country-level compliance liaisons to ensure cohesive compliance operations.Provide guidance on documentation expectations and monitoring procedures to local teams.Support global compliance projects and initiatives as assigned.Experience:4+ years of experience in compliance operations, internal controls, audit, or a similar function in a multinational or highly regulated industry.Excellent organizational and documentation management skills.Ability to work across multiple time zones, cultures, and business units.Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.Education, ceritificates:Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Compliance, Finance, or related field.Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).#J-18808-Ljbffr
