Join Medtronic’s Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team and help drive the adoption of Affera, an innovative 3D cardiac mapping technology used to diagnose and treat cardiac arrhythmias. In this role, you will provide clinical, technical, and commercial support while partnering with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and grow the business within the assigned territory. This is an onsite position based in Bogotá, Colombia, combining office-based work with regular visits to healthcare institutions. The role requires travel for customer support, clinical activities, and training programs, including international travel. A valid U.S. visa is required.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Drive commercial growth within the assigned territory by developing accounts, identifying opportunities, and achieving sales objectivesProvide technical, clinical, and educational support to physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure successful product adoptionDeliver product presentations, training, and in-service education to customers and clinical teamsSupport clinical procedures by providing on-site product expertise and case coverageDevelop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospital stakeholders, and procurement teams to expand business opportunitiesPrepare and present proposals, quotations, and product‑related documentation, supporting negotiations and approval processesPartner closely with Marketing and cross‑functional teams to execute market development initiatives, position products,
