We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Regional Media Billing & Reconciliation Specialist to join our Finance Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end media billing and invoice reconciliation process, ensuring billing accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and supporting financial compliance across multiple markets and stakeholders.This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working with large volumes of data, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering operational excellence within the media and advertising industry.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end media billing and invoice reconciliation process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely processingProcess accounts payable transactions and vendor invoices using Mediaocean (formerly Donovan Data Systems) and other financial systemsReview, validate, and reconcile media invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and media plansInvestigate, track, and resolve invoice discrepancies by collaborating with media teams, vendors, finance, and other internal stakeholdersMaintain accurate billing, reconciliation, and invoice tracking reports while ensuring proper documentation and audit readinessMonitor invoice processing timelines and ensure compliance with internal deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs)Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities related to media billing and reconciliationsEnsure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls, company policies, and financial proceduresIdentify opportunities to improve billing, reconciliation,
