This full-time hybrid role is based in Medellín, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring regulatory developments related to trading and financial markets, conducting compliance risk assessments, and maintaining robust policies and procedures. The Compliance Manager will review and approve internal and client-facing documentation, perform internal audits, and oversee reporting to regulatory bodies as required. The role also involves training team members on compliance requirements, managing incident escalation and investigations, and collaborating with technology,



operations, and risk teams to embed compliance controls into systems and processes.QualificationsStrong knowledge of financial markets regulation, particularly related to Forex, derivatives, and online trading platforms, and experience interpreting and applying these regulations in a business context.Experience developing, implementing, and updating compliance frameworks, policies, procedures, and control structures for regulated financial or trading environments.Proficiency in compliance monitoring, internal auditing, and risk assessment, including the ability to design and use metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.Familiarity with AML/KYC standards, transaction monitoring, and best practices for fraud prevention and client onboarding in global trading markets.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear policies, reports, and guidance, and to present complex regulatory topics to non-specialist stakeholders.Ability to work cross-functionally with technology, operations, legal, and risk teams to embed compliance controls into systems and workflows.Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional compliancecertifications (e.G., CAMS, CRCM, ICA) are a plus.Demonstrated experience in a compliance, risk management, or regulatory role within financial services, trading, or fintech; experience in international or multi-jurisdictional environments is highly beneficial.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities,#J-18808-Ljbffr
