your work will help deliver clarity to our clients’ most complex governance, risk, and transparency challenges.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate self-initiative and team coordination in developing leads and proposals, managing engagements and producing high-quality resultsShow an ability to sell and identify new business and cross-selling opportunitiesShow an ability to work with clients and potential clients. This is a client-facing position with a sales-oriented focus.Effectively lead and run client engagements on an independent basis and appropriately manage riskDevelopment and management of projects, throughout the life of the engagement: meeting with client to discuss needs, preparation of commercial and technical proposal, agreement of engagement, development of working plan and budget, allocation of resources, direction of project team members, delivery and quality assurance and project invoicingDirect and oversee the efficient management of cases to achieve client satisfaction and meet budgetsEnsure a high standard of case financial and administrative managementAct as primary client contact throughout projects and contribute to management of the client relationshipExercise good judgment, demonstrate innovation and adapt working strategy based on the results obtainedEnsure ethical conduct, quality of services,
use of best practices and compliance with policy and SOPs in each projectProvide expert, reliable and robust analysis of complex situations and data for clientsContribute to the professional development and evaluation of Financial Investigations team membersRequirementsBachelor's or Master’s degree10 -15 years of relevant experience in financial crime compliance or forensic investigationsProven sales oriented and client management focusAbility to execute upon forensic accounting cases, forensic data analytics or fraud investigations along with ability to generate new businessProficient in MS Office.Proven time management, organizational skills and ability to lead a teamMust have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver written and oral reports in Spanish and English.Excellent research and writing skills are requiredMember or active participant of relevant professional associations on fraud investigations, forensic technology or similar.About KrollJoin the global leader in risk and financial advisory solutions—Kroll.
