Head OTC LAM - Order To Cash Location: LAM Senior Manager position Role Overview Responsible for the Zone (and respective Countries therein) Order To Cash (OTC) entire process Leads and oversees the relevant tasks to perform "Order To Cash" activities in Zones for in-vivo business Ensures operational and customer excellence; drives Revenue, Cash and productivity meets milestones and targets within global OTC KPI framework (acc. standardization and process optimization Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills to align internal and external partners Required Qualification & Work Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years experience in managing OTC processes or similar financial operations, with a focus on revenue recognition and cash collection. Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles, IFRS standards, and integrity of financial records. Experience with ERP systems (e.G., SAP) and digital tools for productivity improvement and process automation. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, foster talent development, and drive operational excellence in a multinational environment. Expertise in backlog transparency, forecast accuracy, and driving actionable insights for revenue and cash flow optimization.
