and internal teams.Clearly communicate the product’s value proposition and business benefits.Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and gathering ongoing feedback.Business Development SupportSupport general business development initiatives, including proposal development, marketing activities, solution offerings, and client pursuits.What We’re Looking ForExperienceMinimum of 2 years’ experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.Experience within the fintech, banking, or payments industry.Experience delivering SaaS products, card payment solutions, alternative payment methods, mobile wallets, ecommerce platforms, or related payment technologies.Agile & Product ManagementStrong knowledge of Agile and Kanban methodologies.Proven experience managing product backlogs, sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and Agile delivery.Experience defining and delivering Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), Minimum Marketable Features (MMFs), product roadmaps, and business plans.Technical KnowledgeStrong commercial awareness combined with technical understanding.Experience working with APIs, payment processing specifications, and payment industry standards including:PCI DSSISO 8583ISO 20022PSD2Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Office tools, and an interest in emerging technologies.Strong analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail.Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.A customer-first mindset with a strong focus on delivering value.Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Why Join Us?This is an exciting opportunity to influence the direction of innovative payment and fintech products while working alongside talented cross-functional teams.
