We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping others.ResponsibilitiesAssess and evaluate property damage to determine the scope of construction work needed.Educate customer on the construction processCollaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of construction tasks.Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide project updates.Utilize tools and equipment safely and efficiently for construction tasks.Document project progress and report any issues to management.Assist in training new team members on construction best practices.Ensure that estimates meet client requirementsCreate an accurate sketch of projectRecognize project constraints and/or needed upgradesDeliver and communicate estimate to Construction ManagerWork with outside resources as necessary to complete accurate estimate (i.E.
