Lean Solutions Group is looking for a Transportation Dispatcher to coordinate daily transportation operations and ensure the efficient movement of assigned shipments. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with drivers, customers, and internal teams to maintain on-time deliveries and resolve operational issues.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily transportation operations and driver assignments.
- Monitor driver schedules and ensure compliance with planned routes.
- Maintain constant communication with drivers to provide updates and operational support.
- Address and resolve customer and driver inquiries in a timely manner.




- Coordinate logistics requirements for each assigned move.
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, schedules, and operational changes.
- Analyze transportation data and prepare operational reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve transportation processes.
- Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.

Requirements

- At least 6 months of experience as a Transportation Dispatcher, Logistics Coordinator, Dispatcher, or in a similar logistics/transportation role.
- English level B2+.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
