Doist is seeking a Senior Microsoft Windows SQL Server DBA to own enterprise database environments and drive performance excellence. You will lead performance engineering, mentor junior DBAs, and act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents.
You will architect, install, and maintain SQL Server instances (2019, 2025, Azure SQL), design robust HA/DR and backup strategies, govern security, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet end-to-end performance goals.
