We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end shipments across air, ocean, and ground transportation. This role is key to ensuring timely, cost-effective operations while delivering excellent service to clients and maintaining compliance with international regulations.(From November to March: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and execute import/export shipments (air, ocean, ground)Book cargo and manage shipments from origin to final deliveryTrack shipments and proactively resolve delays or issuesPrepare and review shipping documentation (B/L, invoices, packing list, etc.)Ensure compliance with customs regulations and IncotermsAct as main point of contact for clients, carriers, and vendorsValidate rates, support billing processes, and coordinate with pricing teamsMaintain accurate records and follow operational SOPsRequirements:Experience in freight forwarding or logistics operationsKnowledge of import/export processes, Incoterms, and documentationExperience with TMS (CargoWise is a plus)High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
