As a Sales Agent focused on Internet products, you will engage with customers through inbound and outbound interactions, guiding them through product options, identifying their needs, and closing sales. You will provide accurate and timely responses across voice, email, and chat channels, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Your goal? Deliver excellent service while driving results and meeting sales targets.
