About the Role

Agency VA is looking for bilingual Virtual Assistants to join our growing team in Cali. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong customer service skills who are eager to build a career in the U.S. insurance industry.

No insurance experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed in the role.

Responsibilities

- Provide administrative and customer support to U.S.-based insurance agencies.
- Answer and direct customer inquiries professionally.
- Assist with data entry, documentation, and follow-up tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and organize client information.
- Support agency operations and communicate effectively with team members.

Requirements

- Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Must live in Cali, Colombia.
- Previous customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality,



or similar roles).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in developing knowledge in the insurance industry.
