Now Hiring: Sales Research Assistant

Are you highly detail-oriented and enjoy research, data accuracy, and organizing information? We are looking for a Sales Research Assistant to support our sales team through data research, validation, and CRM management.

About the Role

This is a non-customer-facing position focused on building and maintaining a clean, accurate database. The idóneo candidate enjoys structured, research-driven work and takes pride in maintaining high-quality data.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct online research using Linked In, databases, and other web-based sources
- Identify key decision-makers and relevant personnel within target companies
- Build, update, and maintain prospect records within the CRM
- Clean and organize existing data, including removing duplicate records
- Cross-reference multiple sources to enrich contact information
- Verify email accuracy and update records as needed
- Ensure accuracy, consistency,



and completeness across all data-related tasks

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to perform focused, repetitive, and structured work with accuracy
- High sense of ownership and accountability
- Candidates with demonstrated job stability and tenure are highly preferred
- Interest in research and data management rather than customer-facing roles

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in data entry, data research, lead generation, or CRM management
- Familiarity with Linked In, CRM platforms, or data enrichment tools is a plus

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)
