Position for Barranquilla or Bogotá (On site)

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Logistics Sales Executive to support the growth of our business in Colombia. This position is idóneo for a sales professional who enjoys building client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and delivering tailored transportation and logistics solutions that create value for customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.

- Develop and manage relationships with clients, prospects, and strategic partners.

- Understand customer logistics needs and recommend appropriate transportation solutions.

- Prepare and present commercial offers, pricing proposals, and service presentations.

- Lead negotiations and contribute to the successful closing of new business agreements.

- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve performance goals.





- Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth service implementation and customer satisfaction.

- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

- Technical, Technologist, or Professional degree.

- English advanced. (Mandatory)

- Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or related industries.

- Knowledge of Incoterms and international trade processes.

- Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management.
