What You'll Do

- Input, update, and maintain data across internal systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency at all times.
- Review and verify incoming data for completeness and correctness, flagging discrepancies for review.
- Assist in the organization and filing of digital records, keeping information accessible and properly structured.
- Collaborate with different teams to gather, consolidate,



and validate data from multiple sources.
- Support the preparation of basic reports and summaries based on available data.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing data quality and entry efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

- Strong interest in data management, administrative operations, or back-office roles.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with data management tools is a plus.
