Madison Media Consulting is a boutique digital marketing agency specializing in social media, YouTube, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) services for law firms and consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands across the United States. Co-founded by an attorney and a digital marketing expert, the agency employs a structured approach to digital marketing designed to attract new clients and retain existing ones for personal injury law firms and CPG brands. You will work for Madison Media's Colombian digital marketing agency.

Responsibilities

Edit short-form videos for social media (Meta/Facebook/Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn)

Edit long-form YouTube videos and create short-form clips (Reels, TikToks, Shorts).

Add captions, graphics, and brand elements to match client style guides.

Repurpose long-form content into social-first formats.

Collaborate with the creative team to storyboard and enhance storytelling.

Stay on top of social media trends and apply them to edits.

Manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times. Qualifications

2+ years of video editing experience (agency or freelance preferred).

Must speak, read,



and write English

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

Understanding and curiosity about AI and how to use it in video editing

Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and social media engagement.

Experience creating both professional and dynamic short-form content.

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with a remote team.

Bonus: Motion graphics or animation experience.
