We're looking for a creative and strategic

Experience Designer to help shape intuitive, user-centered SaaS products that make a real impact in the clinical technology space. You'll collaborate with Product, Research, and Engineering teams to design seamless enterprise applications that simplify clinical trial management.

What You'll Do

- Design end-to-end user experiences for responsive SaaS products.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using

Figma

.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions aligned with business and technical goals.

- Contribute to and work within enterprise-level design systems

.

- Facilitate design workshops and help drive product vision and design decisions.

What We're Looking For

- 2–4 years of Product Design (UX/UI) experience

.

- Advanced proficiency with

Figma

.

- Experience designing





B2B and/or B2C eCommerce or SaaS products.

- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and shipped digital experiences.

- Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and human-centered design.

- Excellent communication skills with fluent English

(written and spoken).

Nice to Have

- Experience with enterprise design systems

Cursor

- Basic knowledge of

HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Background in

Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Clinical Technology
