A Day in the Life
The Senior Indirect Sourcing Specialist support end-to-end sourcing processes across the LATAM region for Supply Chain categories, including transportation, warehousing, and trade compliance, while contributing to global or special initiatives as needed. As part of a integral Indirect Sourcing team, it will report into a new LATAM Sr. Manager position that reports into the Director, Strategic Sourcing, based in the US. The successful candidate will work in strong partnership with Medtronic’s Supply Chain Deliver stakeholders and will directly contribute to our company mission to alleviate pain, restore health,



and extend life. The candidate can be working in a flex work model in Colombia, Puerto Rico, Brazil and Mexico.

- Create value across ~$150M in annual indirect spend in the region
- Work independently and as part of a global and regional team
- Build strong, strategic relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
- Support development of strategies that result in a sustainable competitive advantage
- Best-in-class analytical skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel and PowerBI, to identify, organize, and measure suppliers, spend, and value creation opportunities
- Achieve (year-on-year) value improvements for all aspects of quality, service, innovation, cost
