We are hiring a Handyman to join a committed on-site team in Bogotá, supporting facility maintenance, repairs, and equipment upkeep in a dynamic, international company.

What you'll do
- Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, patching, cleaning, and basic facility repairs.
- Handle minor repairs on machinery, appliances, and company equipment when needed.
- Regularly inspect facilities and common areas to detect mechanical issues, safety hazards, or cleanliness problems.
- Respond quickly and professionally to maintenance requests and service calls.
- Carry out basic plumbing, electrical and general repair tasks following safety standards.

What were looking for
- Fluent Spanish (written and spoken) to communicate effectively on-site.
- At least 2 years experience in maintenance, facilities, or technical support roles.
- Proven ability with plumbing and electrical systems; comfortable using hand and power tools.




- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving attitude - able to work both independently and in a team.
- Valid drivers license; availability to work rotational 12-hour day/night shifts.
- Experience (or certification) in HVAC or air-conditioning maintenance is a plus; height-work certification also advantageous.
