About the Role
The Graphic Designer / Marketing Coordinator will support the Corporate Marketing team with both creative design and administrative tasks, playing a vital role in communicating our brand and delivering consistent, high-quality content across platforms. Each day will present new opportunities for this role to collaborate, create, and contribute to the success of Pond’s marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Creative Work
Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including (but not limited to):
Long-format documents (e.g., proposals, reports, manuals)
PowerPoint presentations
Video illustrations
Print and digital brochures
Advertisements and digital media assets
Interactive PDFs and illustrations
Conference booth materials (Pull-up banners or other booth displays)
Collaborate with marketing team members and technical staff to create compelling, on-brand content that communicates Pond’s messaging effectively.
Translate technical or complex data into visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphics and layouts.
Apply creative thinking to solve visual communication challenges and present ideas that align with project goals.
Stay current on design trends and software capabilities; serve as a resource for design best practices and recommend improvements to workflows, tools, and templates.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat) and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.
Marketing & Administrative Support
Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Marketing team as needed.
Manage the headshot update process, ensuring all staff profiles remain current.
Track and support the shipment process for company store orders.
Contribute to the maintenance of internal marketing systems such as the company intranet, swag store, and branded templates.
Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in a graphic design or marketing
