WebCreek is looking for a Technical Recruiter to identify, evaluate, and engage qualified technology professionals across the United States and Latin America.

This position is ideal for a proactive, organized, and results-driven recruiter who understands the differences between the U.S. and Latin American talent markets. The recruiter will manage multiple technical openings, build strong candidate pipelines, and work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

The role supports hiring for software development, quality assurance, DevOps, cloud, data, project management, business analysis, and other technology-related positions. Advanced English proficiency is mandatory, as the recruiter will conduct interviews and communicate daily with candidates, hiring managers, and clients in the United States.

What You'll Do:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions in the United States and Latin America.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, referrals, recruiting databases, and direct outreach.
- Develop sourcing strategies tailored to both the U.S. and Latin American technology markets.
- Review resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical experience, communication skills, location, availability, compensation expectations, and overall fit.
- Conduct screening interviews in English and Spanish.
- Assess candidates’ English proficiency and their ability to work with U.S.-based clients and international teams.
- Identify candidates who meet each position’s location, work authorization, employment type, and time-zone requirements.
- Verify U.S. candidates’ work authorization and potential sponsorship requirements when applicable.
- Coordinate technical interviews, coding assessments, client interviews, and follow-up conversations.
- Present qualified candidates with accurate summaries of their experience, strengths, compensation expectations, availability,



and work authorization.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define adecuado candidate profiles.
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified technology professionals across both markets.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information in the applicant tracking system.
- Track recruitment activity, interviews, offers, placements, and other performance metrics.
- Provide a professional and positive candidate experience.
- Manage multiple open positions and changing priorities while meeting recruitment deadlines.

What You Bring:

- 3 or more years of professional recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting software developers and other technology professionals.
- Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates in both the United States and Latin America.
- Understanding of U.S. work authorization categories and common employment arrangements, including W-2, C2C, and independent contractor engagements.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
- Professional fluency in Spanish.
- Ability to conduct complete interviews and communicate professionally in English.
- Strong understanding of common technology roles, skills, and terminology.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, job boards, and sourcing tools.
- Strong candidate evaluation, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.




- Ability to manage multiple positions and candidates simultaneously.
- Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned positions.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):

- Experience working for a technology staffing or software services company.
- Experience recruiting for staff augmentation, direct placement, and dedicated-team models.
- Experience recruiting senior-level technology professionals.
- Experience presenting candidates directly to U.S.-based clients.
- Familiarity with U.S. employment and immigration terminology.
- Familiarity with technologies such as JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, .NET, Java, Python, cloud platforms, databases, DevOps, and QA automation.
- Experience using AI-assisted recruiting and sourcing tools.

Location: Remote position open to candidates located in Latin America.
