Job Purpose

This role will primarily support Talent Acquisition activities for the North America region (USA & Canada), ensuring efficient and high-quality hiring delivery across corporate and commercial functions. The role will also contribute to broader Talent and HR initiatives, including Talent Management and Learning & Development, in partnership with HR Business Partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for North America (USA & Canada), including job requisitions, sourcing, interviews, assessments, candidate communication, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple business areas to support hiring needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, maintain recruitment metrics, track pipelines, and optimize sourcing strategies to reduce external agency dependency.
- Build talent pipelines for key positions and support workforce planning initiatives.
- Provide support for Talent Management, Learning & Development, performance cycles, succession planning,



and HR programs.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners on regional initiatives, process improvements, and People Development Programs.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s in HR or equivalent preferred
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or HR operations, preferably supporting international/ US hirings
- Strong proficiency in English communication (written and verbal)
- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and HR systems (ATS/tools)
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across geographies
- High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a process-driven approach

Schedule: Monday to friday from 7 am to 5 pm 42 hours per week

Salary based on experience, negotiable (5.000.000 - 6.000.000 COP)
