About the Job Kent is seeking a Sustainability Engineer to support ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate the management of sustainability reporting and initiatives, ensuring the quality, consistency, and timeliness of information while identifying and documenting opportunities to strengthen circular economy practices, decarbonization, water management, value generation, energy efficiency, and energy transition initiatives within engineering projects.

Ensure the effective management of project information and the implementation of sustainability guidelines across engineering projects by monitoring established KPIs and consolidating results within the designated reporting platform.

Consolidate documentation and supporting evidence for the implemented Value Improvement Practices (VIPs), ensuring traceability, updates, and availability for monitoring, auditing, and reporting purposes.

3.1 to 5 years of relevant experience in engineering design and project management within the Oil & Gas industry.

Experience coordinating, consolidating, analyzing, and reporting non-financial information and ESG indicators.

Experience implementing sustainability strategies and engineering design optimization initiatives. Communication Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.

Intermediate

English proficiency is desirable. Core Competencies Project planning and monitoring.

Management and analysis of sustainability, ESG, and performance indicators.

Knowledge of technical standards, industry standards, and applicable national frameworks.





Proficiency with data analysis tools, KPI monitoring, and executive reporting.

Coordinar la gestión de reportes e iniciativas de sostenibilidad, garantizando la calidad, consistencia y oportunidad de la información, así como la identificación y documentación de oportunidades para fortalecer la economía circular, la descarbonización, la gestión del agua, la generación de valor y la eficiencia y transición energética en los proyectos de ingeniería.

Asegurar la gestión de la información y la implementación de los lineamientos de sostenibilidad en los proyectos de ingeniería, realizando el seguimiento a los indicadores establecidos y consolidando los resultados en la plataforma definida Consolidar las referencias y soportes de las Practicas de Incremento de Valor (PIV) implementadas, garantizando su trazabilidad,



actualización y disponibilidad para los procesos de seguimiento, auditoría y reporte.
