? About the Role
As a Payroll Tax Assistant, you will support our payroll tax department with daily administrative duties, ensuring smooth processing and maintaining accuracy in tax-related tasks.
? Responsibilities

- Support the Payroll Tax department in daily operations.
- Assist with daily tax processing and quarter-end procedures.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Prioritize and resolve assigned tasks within Pulse (case management system).

? Required Skills




- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong time-management abilities with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Highly motivated with great attention to detail.

? Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 5 months of experience in a related field or industry.
