Role Overview

We are seeking a Structural Engineer based in Colombia (Bogotá preferred) or the broader LATAM region to join our fast-growing engineering team.



This role blends hands-on structural engineering with the opportunity to help build, test, and ship structural calculators and digital workflows used globally.

You’ll collaborate closely with senior technical leadership and a 12+ person engineering team, contributing to high-quality structural deliverables while influencing the digital tools that power modern engineering.

This is a full-time, high-impact role with long-term growth opportunities — including potential pathways into customer success leadership or regional calculator teams as the company expands.
