We're looking for a Software Engineer who is passionate about building data-driven solutions that help businesses make smarter decisions. You'll join a fast-growing U.S.-based startup developing innovative products for the real estate industry. What You'll Do

- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data management solutions.

- Develop Python applications and automation scripts to improve data workflows.

- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources.

- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau for internal teams and clients.

- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to understand reporting and analytics needs.

- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems.

- Optimize databases and data processing performance.

- Integrate APIs and third-party platforms into existing data infrastructure.

- Support data-driven product features and analytics initiatives.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in Python.

- Experience with data management, ETL processes, and database optimization.

- Advanced experience with Tableau (dashboard development and data visualization).





- Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Familiarity with APIs and data integrations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working for a U.S.-based startup.

- Experience in the real estate industry, PropTech, or MLS-related platforms.

- Previous experience building or supporting SaaS products.

- Familiarity with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.

- Knowledge of BI tools beyond Tableau is a plus.
