POSITION SUMMARY:

The Ski + Ride Support Staff will follow all Winter Park policies and procedures, all applicable laws (federal, state, and local), and all health and sanitation codes. Within the Ski + Ride School, this individual will create a safe, pleasant,



and attentive environment at all times. When interacting with or supervising children, support staff emphasize children’s emotional, physical, and social needs. The Support Staff perform a wide variety of operational assistance both indoors and outdoors. Exact assignments vary daily and will depend on experience.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations. This position is required to work weekends and holidays.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

- Provide safe, pleasant, and attentive care for the children of the Ski + Ride School. Directly oversee the emotional, physical, and social needs of children aged 3‑14 for a maximum of 6 hours.
