- Analyze and identify process enhancements and use his / her knowledge to determine and set optimal and well-reasoned recommendations under a pragmatic sense.
- Apply comprehensive expertise and leverage his / her knowledge into a leadership role to reach desired future state.
- Ensure strategic alignment by overseeing / defining a suite of key performance indicators, to have full visibility over collections processes.
- Demonstrate ability to articulate statistical and financial models to enhance Operational models.
- Participate in major business initiatives and proactively advise and assist the business on change initiatives.
