About the role

We're a US solar company scaling a high-performance sales team, and we need a recruiter who hunts talent the way our reps hunt deals. This is a 100% sales-driven recruiting role: source, pitch, and lock in top sales talent — US-based closers and LATAM-based appointment setters. If you treat recruiting like a numbers game and love the chase, this is your seat.

What you'll do

- Source and recruit US closers and LATAM setters via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and cold outreach
- Run high-volume prospecting — keep the pipeline full every day
- Screen fast for sales ability, English fluency (for setters), grit, and closing/setting experience
- Pitch the opportunity like a salesperson — sell the role, don't just describe it




- Book and coordinate interviews with the hiring team
- Hit weekly candidate submission targets and keep a clean pipeline

What we're looking for

- Recruiting or high-volume sourcing experience (sales roles strongly preferred)
- A closer's mentality — persistent, competitive, relentless about numbers
- Comfortable with cold outreach and selling opportunities to candidates
- Solar or phone/door-to-door sales familiarity is a big plus
- Strong communicator, self-managed, results-obsessed

Compensation & schedule

- USD $600/month, paid weekly as USD $150
- ~20 hours/week, versátil and fully remote
- Open to candidates in Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Venezuela, and El Salvador
