Innova Dental Implant Institute is a busy dental-implant surgery practice in Brunswick, Georgia, USA. Our phones are answered by a remote team, and we're adding a third receptionist. Two of our current remote team members have been with us long-term — this is a stable, permanent seat, not a project.

Open to candidates based anywhere in Latin America. Our hours fall inside a normal LatAm workday — no night shift.

THE JOB, IN ONE LINE: answering our phones IS the job. Everything else fills the gaps between rings.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Answer inbound patient calls within 3 rings, warmly, following our greeting script
- Schedule and confirm appointments in our practice software (Archy — we train you)
- Work the missed-call list: call and text back every missed caller within minutes
- Basic patient messaging and hand-offs to our scheduling coordinator

HOURS — FIXED, US EASTERN TIME
- Monday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET
- Tuesday–Friday 12:00 – 5:00 PM ET
- ~29 hours per week

REQUIREMENTS

- Excellent spoken English — clear, warm, confident on the phone (this is 90% of the job). Native-level Spanish is a plus,



but English is the working language.
- 1+ year answering phones for a US business (medical or dental a plus, not required)
- Quiet private workspace, wired internet 25+ Mbps, backup internet and backup power, and a noise-canceling headset
- Reliable long-term availability for the exact hours above

PAY & TERMS

$7–10/hr USD depending on experience, paid every two weeks via Wise. Raises based on performance. Long-term role with a practice that keeps its remote staff.
