Key Responsibilities

- Respond to inbound leads promptly and professionally
- Verify homeowner information and eligibility
- Accurately enter and update data in the CRM
- Schedule appointments following internal protocols
- Follow approved scripts and intake procedures
- Maintain clear internal communication with the team
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance

Requirements

- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Reliable high-speed internet connection

- Prior experience in lead intake, call center, sales support, or customer service preferred

Compensation

- $2,000 USD per month (base)
- Performance-based bonuses available
