SUMMARY The Senior People Manager is a strategic business partner to the commercial function across the assigned countries, translating regional and integral people strategy into local impact. Acting as a trusted People Generalist and advisor, this role shapes talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness across recruitment, employee relations, total rewards, compliance, performance management, organizational development, and strategic projects.





This position reports solid line to the Senior People Director for the International Region and partners closely with Commercial Leaders and all Function heads across the region to drive business outcomes through people strategy.

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is essential.

RESPONSABILITIES

- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, shaping and executing people strategy that drives commercial objectives in full alignment with Regional and Global People priorities.
- Lead Talent Acquisition strategy across assigned countries, building high-performing teams (commercial and cross-functional) that fuel sustained business growth, in line with regional and corporate standards.
- Design, champion, and implement training and development programs that build organizational capability and accelerate business results.
- Oversee personnel administration processes, ensuring seamless alignment with service providers and operational excellence.
- Partner with Finance to guarantee accurate, timely payroll execution and governance.
- Bring local market insight to shape Compensation and Benefits strategy, ensuring competitiveness while maintaining alignment with the company's global total rewards philosophy.
- Own the evolution of local HR policy, ensuring consistency with regional guidelines while addressing local business realities.
- Manage budget and investment tracking for training initiatives and strategic projects, ensuring ROI on people investments.




- Lead benefits provisioning, validation, and benchmarking — including health, retirement, life insurance, allowances, and paid time off — ensuring market competitiveness and regulatory compliance.
- Drive Talent Development and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs that strengthen organizational culture and long-term talent pipelines.
- Serve as the primary People Business Partner for assigned countries, acting as a strategic extension of the Regional People Function.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in administrative areas or psychology
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Human Resources areas and at least 4 years as a Business Partner and with knowledge in all Human Resources sub-processes
- International experience working with different cultures.
- Experience on People Management and Development desirable.
- Strategic vision as well as results oriented
- Fluent in Spanish and English is mandatory.
- Intermediate Portuguese is desired
