Position Overview

We are seeking a Real Estate Virtual Assistant with strong English communication skills and hands-on real estate experience. This role focuses on CRM management, client outreach, appointment scheduling, and administrative support to help real estate professionals stay organized, responsive, and growth-focused.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update CRM systems with leads, contacts, and notes
- Call clients, prospects, and vendors professionally
- Schedule appointments, showings, and follow-up calls
- Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, and text




- Maintain organized client and transaction records
- Support listing and transaction-related administrative tasks
- Provide general support to the real estate team

Requirements

- Fluent or native-level English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate
- Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, KVCore, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong organization and time management
- Reliable internet connection and professional workspace
- Ability to follow structured processes and adapt to new tools

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience scheduling showings and consultations
- Familiarity with U.S. real estate workflows and terminology
- Customer service or inside sales background
