About the Role

You’ll be the conductor of the project orchestra — owning schedules, budgets, vendor coordination, client updates, and risk management. You’ll collaborate daily with our Director of Operations, Supervisor, Superintendents, and other team members to move projects from kickoff to punch list on time and on budget.

This is a fully remote role. English fluency is a must. CST working hours overlap required. What You’ll Do:

- Plan & Run the Work: Build and manage project schedules (Precon → Construction → Closeout) and drive weekly production meetings.
- Budget Control: Track costs, forecasts, and change orders; protect margins without sacrificing quality.
- Field Coordination: Align superintendents, subs, and vendors; clear blockers fast.
- Client Comms: Send concise updates, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Quality & Closeout: Punch lists, inspections, warranty handoff — no loose ends.
- Process Improvement: See inefficiencies → propose fixes → document SOPs.




- Risk Management: Identify issues early and execute mitigation plans. What We’re Looking For:
- You’ve managed multiple construction projects end-to-end.
- You’re organized, proactive, and two steps ahead — calendars, trackers, and dashboards are your love language.
- You’re a clear communicator who can be warm with clients and direct with crews.
- You thrive in a fast, high-standards environment and own outcomes. Must-Haves:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) — written and spoken.
- 3+ years in construction project management (residential preferred).
- Strong command of scheduling, budgeting, and financial tracking.
- Comfort running standups, trade coordination, RFIs, submittals, and COs.
- Remote-ready: reliable internet, excellent async habits, and CST overlap.
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Mgmt, Architecture or related. ---
