Performance Marketing Assistant – Kaplan Languages Group

This role is with KLG, a global leader in international education. KLG is now owned by Inspirit Capital and continues to deliver world-class educational experiences through its international network of schools and university partners.

Kaplan is seeking a Performance Marketing Assistant to support its international digital marketing operations. This full-time role is idóneo for someone analytical, proactive, and eager to learn about paid media and campaign optimization across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, retargeting, and other platforms.

- Maintain ad account health, including ad copy creation, keyword research, bid adjustments, targeting, and landing page reviews.

- Manage daily budgets and ensure monthly spend targets are met.

- Prepare regular and ad hoc performance reports.

- Collaborate with team members to identify trends and actionable insights.

- Assist with A/B testing for ads and landing pages.

- Conduct research on best practices and emerging trends.

- Work with Content and Design teams to develop creative assets such as banners, videos, and landing pages.

Requirements

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

- Google Ads certification is a plus.

Skills and Qualities:





- Passion for digital marketing and strong analytical skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

- Team-oriented and able to work independently.

- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

- Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and Data Studio.

- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, reach, bend, speak, and listen effectively.
