Overview
Quorum Software is looking for a People Technology & AI Orchestrator to serve as the techno-functional owner of our HR technology ecosystem — equally hands-on with system configuration and fluent in the HR processes those systems support. You'll administer core HRIS platforms, manage AI Agents that automate HR workflows, and ensure every system and automation stays compliant with company policy and applicable regulations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary techno-functional owner and subject matter expert for core HR systems, including ADP Workforce Now, ADP Celergo, ADP Lyric, Replicon, Litmos, LRN, Culture Amp, and Kudos.
- Configure, test, and maintain system settings, workflows, business rules, security roles, and integrations across the HRIS ecosystem.
- Manage, monitor, and maintain AI Agents built in n8n that support HR operational workflows, confirming they execute correctly and produce accurate outputs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve AI Agent and system issues, escalating to vendors or IT as needed.
- Ensure AI Agents and HRIS configurations comply with internal HR policies, data privacy requirements, and applicable employment/data protection regulations.
- Partner with HR, Legal, IT Security, and Compliance to evaluate and mitigate risks associated with AI-driven HR processes, leveraging tools such as Claude AI, ChatGPT, and Copilot.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data feeds; ensure data integrity through regular audits and reconciliation.
- And other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in an HRIS, HR technology, or HR systems analyst role,
with direct HR support experience.
- Demonstrated technical background administering HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, ADP Celergo, ADP Lyric, or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as Claude AI, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot, including practical applications in a business or HR context.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and terminology.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across systems, data, and automated workflows.
- Ability to operate in a highly confidential environment, with a solid understanding of data privacy principles, cybersecurity fundamentals, and regulations such as GDPR.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Preferred Skills
- Direct experience building or managing workflow automation in n8n or a similar automation/integration platform.
- Experience with time & attendance, learning management, and employee engagement platforms (Replicon, Litmos, LRN, Culture Amp).
- Familiarity with AI governance concepts and regulatory frameworks relevant to AI use in employment contexts.
- Experience with API-based integrations and/or basic scripting (JSON, JavaScript, REST APIs).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
